Thank God, I’ve been smoke-free for 17 years. Regardless of the dangers of smoking and all the talk about it 😁.. And regardless of the fact that as a smoker, you might not feel any significant harm from smoking😏—which is exactly what I personally experienced and observed in myself 😊😊.. However, my experience with abstaining from smoking in all its forms and types, and avoiding places where people smoke and smokers themselves, made a difference for me, by God’s grace, in my health. I felt the difference within a few months, and then I felt a huge difference over the years of recovering from the scourge of nicotine 💪.. I’m grateful to God for inspiring me with the idea of quitting and for providing the means for me to make the intention, take the decision, and carry it out at a very opportune time in my life. And I’m grateful to myself for my perseverance in abstaining day by day, even though the thought of smoking crosses my mind sometimes (once or twice a year), especially after eating a snack 😂 or trying a new type of "coffee," but thank God it’s just a fleeting thought that never comes to fruition.. 😇 I’m happy and grateful to God once again for making it easy for me to help so many people quit this bad habit, including those who have been smoke-free for over ten years now 😇 Finally, I have to give a shout-out to my partners in success and the witnesses to one of the most beautiful moments of my life 😊😊😁😁😃😃
