The Comprehensive Diabetes (Type 2) Care Diploma (CDCD), offered in collaboration between the Arab Institute for Sustainable Professional Development (Mu'tamad) and the Egyptian Alliance for Chronic Diseases, aims to enhance physicians' skills in managing type 2 diabetes. This includes early detection, the use of the latest treatment protocols, the application of multimodal therapies, emergency medical care for diabetic patients, patient education to minimize chronic complications, therapeutic nutrition, self-care skills for diabetic patients, and health education for patients and their families.

To celebrate International Youth Day, and within the framework of our Youth Health Egypt program, which we implement in partnership with AstraZeneca, we participated in establishing a cooperation protocol with Youth Health and trained a number of healthcare practitioners.

The Alliance participated in organizing a consultative session on digital health, which was organized by the Egyptian Alliance for Combating Non-Communicable Diseases.
